The National Community Pharmacists Association Executive Residency in Association Management is a springboard into a career of association work and leadership in health care. During this one-year commitment, the resident will gain insight and experience in association management through involvement with the NCPA Innovation Center and contributions to the departments of Strategic Initiatives, Professional Affairs, Government Affairs, Membership, Communications, Operations, and Conventions and Meetings. This position is designed for those who are passionate about the future of community pharmacy.
