The Tampa Bay Colleges of Pharmacy invite you to the 2021 Tampa Bay Colleges of Pharmacy Post-Graduate Training Showcase. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are providing post-graduate training programs with an opportunity to engage with students both on-ground and online (most programs are choosing to participate in one avenue). To participate online and/or on-ground, students must register by October 26th at 7:59 AM using this link: https://usf.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3mjZZ3jU7Bx8gg6. Please review the following information carefully regarding the event.

- On-ground Showcase: University of South Florida Marshall Student Center
- Students check in at 9:45 AM
- Showcase runs from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Virtual Showcase: various platforms, primarily Microsoft Teams
- Virtual showcase runs from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Students will sign up via a google doc for 10 min intervals to engage with the programs they wish to interact
- Students will be sent a link to the google doc on Oct 19th (students who register after that will receive the link in the registration confirmation email)
- Students may only sign up and delete themselves
- Students may only sign up for each program ONCE until Oct. 24th at 6 PM
- On October 24th after 6 PM, if there is a program in which students are particularly interested, they may sign up for another interval with that program
- At the conclusion of sign up, a member of USF TCOP will send calendar invitations to individuals, based on the sign up, on Oct. 26th -28th
- Programs will be provided copies of schedules with names and emails
- I know it is important for future pharmacists to be professional with future employers: if after the calendar invitations are sent, students want to withdraw from a timeslot, please email ecouillard@usf.edu and mark the email “important”.
- Timeline for signing up for intervals
- Oct. 19th @ 6 PM – Signup for intervals opens (google doc will be locked prior)
- Oct. 24th @ 6 PM – Signup for an additional interval with individual program opens
- Oct. 26th @ 7:59 AM – Signup will be closed for all programs
- Oct. 28th @ 5 PM – Deadline for USF TCOP staff to send calendar invitations
