The PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program at the University of Florida will prepare a pharmacy resident to become a leader as an innovative clinical practitioner. Our program will assist the pharmacy resident to develop leadership abilities, strengthen confidence and skills, and offer an experience to advance patient care services within a community pharmacy practice.
