Post-Graduate Training Showcase
10:00 am – 12:00 pm On-Ground Showcase in USF Marshall Student Center Ballroom
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Virtual Showcase
Please review the following information carefully regarding the event.
- Basic info

- Students and post-graduate training programs can participate on-ground and/or online; most programs choose to participate in one avenue.
- PGY1 and fellowships across Florida as well as several Tampa Bay PGY2 programs have been invited
- All enrolled PY4/graduating PharmD students from Florida institutions are welcome to attend
- Registration: To participate online and/or on-ground, students must register by October 24th at 7:59 AM using this link: https://usf.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3mjZZ3jU7Bx8gg6.
- The showcases will occur on October 29th

- On-ground Showcase:

- Location: University of South Florida Marshall Student Center Ballroom (2nd Floor)
- Student check in: 9:45 AM
- Showcase runs from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

- Virtual Showcase
-

- Location: various platforms, primarily Microsoft Teams
- Virtual showcase runs from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Students will sign up via a google doc for 15 min intervals to engage with the programs they wish to interact

- Students will receive the link to the google doc after they register for the event.
- Students may only meet with programs for the time slots they sign up for.

- Students may only sign up and delete themselves
- Students may only sign up for each program ONCE until October 23rd at 6 PM

- On October 23rd after 6 PM, if there is a program in which students are particularly interested, they may sign up for another interval with that program

- After sign-up, a member of USF TCOP will send calendar invitations to individuals, based on the sign-up, on October 25th -27th
- Programs will be provided copies of schedules with names and emails

- It is important for future pharmacists to be professional with prospective employers; if after TCOP staff send calendar invitations, students want to withdraw from a timeslot, please email ecouillard@usf.edu and mark the email “important”.

- October 19th @ 6 PM – Sign-up for intervals opens (google doc will be locked prior)
- October 23rd @ 6 PM – Sign-up for an additional interval with individual program opens
- October 25th @ 7:59 AM – Sign-up will be closed for all programs
- October 27th @ 5 PM – Deadline for USF TCOP staff to send calendar invitations

- Registration has been open for programs for less than two weeks, and 23 programs have registered.

- At least weekly, we will update the program list here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hhyZw0GR0MMmgWfihXKk8RjyKk_bneGyB3Elln3CCtQ/edit?usp=sharing.
- In addition to informing students of the programs’ names and methods of attendance, each program can elect to answer three questions previously chosen to enhance student considerations. These three questions are:

- How do individuals associated with your post-graduate training program support residents’/fellows’ holistic wellness, including physical and mental health?
- What changes do you anticipate within the upcoming year?
- What are your program’s processes for feedback and evaluation?

- Information Session: We will host an information/Q&A session about the showcase for all interested/registered student participants on October 18th at 5:30 PM using the following information:
