It is my pleasure to inform you that Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) is now offering a combined PGY1/PGY2 Corporate Pharmacy Administration and Leadership program. The goal of the program is to provide a supportive learning environment that will train residents to have the necessary expertise and leadership abilities to transition into a leadership role within a hospital, health-system, or corporate pharmacy team. The residents will be exposed to a variety of different leadership opportunities and work alongside pharmacy leaders across the organization. The PGY1 program components will be completed at Baptist Hospital of Miami. We are one of the few programs in the country offering this type of residency program.
