About UB SPPS Residency Training:
Our residency programs are all ASHP-accredited. Residents earn an advanced academic teaching certificate and complete a project under an experienced faculty research mentor. Our residencies include:
- PGY1 Pharmacy Residency (Buffalo Psychiatric Center)
- PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency (Middleport Family Health Center)
- PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency (Buffalo Medical Group)
About UB SPPS Fellowship Training:
We offer multiple academic fellowships in a diverse range of specialties. Academic fellows are mentored by our world class faculty and integrate into our innovative research and scholarly programs. Programs are one to two years in length and may be completed immediately after completion of a PharmD degree or after completion of residency training. Our fellowships include:
- Pharmacy Academic and Leadership Fellowship
- Clinical Pharmacy Fellowship in Public Health
- Medication Safety and Health Outcomes Fellowship
- Pharmacoinformatics Fellowship
- Global Health Pharmacy Fellowship
