Attention 2026 Graduates: Cencora’s Combined PGY1 Pharmacy & PGY2 Corporate Pharmacy Administration and Leadership with Masters programs are currently recruiting the second cohort of residents. Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) has partnered with four ASHP-accredited PGY1 programs to create this comprehensive two-year residency, designed to equip residents with the skills necessary for success as future leaders in corporate pharmacy, focusing specifically on pharmacy supply chain management. These distinctive residency programs are offered in partnership with:
- Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
- Geisinger
- Henry Ford
- UC Davis
Throughout the program, residents will gain in-depth knowledge and engage in essential supply chain activities critical to pharmacy practice. These activities will cover key topics such as:
- Pharmacy supply chain principles
- Understanding the stakeholder ecosystem
- Wholesaler distribution and economics
- Health system leadership
- Drug shortage strategies
- Inventory management
- 340B contracting
- Medication cost management strategies
