Trinity Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join its retail pharmacy team in Minot, North Dakota. This role supports both KeyCare Pharmacy and Trinity Health Outpatient Pharmacy, providing outpatient retail services, long-term care support, specialty pharmacy services, and participation in the Meds to Beds program. The ideal candidate will be interested in advancing clinical specialty pharmacy services and helping expand innovative pharmacy programs.
Trinity Health offers a competitive salary, with new graduates starting at the mid-range of the pay scale, along with an excellent benefits package that includes health insurance, vacation accrual, shift differentials, merit increases, and a generous sign-on/retention bonus, including:
- Year 1: $16,400
- $7,000 sign-on bonus (paid on first regular payday)
- $3,000 retention bonus after one year
- $6,400 student loan reimbursement after one year
- Year 2: $9,400
- $3,000 retention bonus after two years
- $6,400 student loan reimbursement after two years
- Year 3: $13,400
- $7,000 retention bonus after three years*
- $6,400 student loan reimbursement after three years
- Year 4: $6,400
- Student loan reimbursement after four years
- Year 5: $6,400
- Student loan reimbursement after five years
Additional relocation assistance is available:
- $3,000 for out-of-state relocation
- $2,000 for in-state relocation (outside of Minot)
Total incentive package: Up to $55,000
*Three-year retention bonus is forfeited if a 24-month agreement is selected.
